We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions and send related information, generate AI-powered portraits from your uploaded photos, send you technical notices, updates, and support messages, respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests, and monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services.
3. Photo Data & AI Processing
Photos you upload are processed by our AI systems solely for the purpose of generating your requested portraits. We do not use your photos to train our AI models unless you explicitly opt in. Uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days of processing. Generated portraits are stored in your account until you choose to delete them.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our platform (payment processors, cloud hosting, print fulfillment partners), and when required by law or to protect our rights. All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
